We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant in Lahore with strong expertise in order-to-cash processes and SAP Sales & Distribution. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing sales, order management, pricing, delivery, billing, customer, and integration processes within the SAP environment.
The ideal candidate will understand both business processes and SAP configuration and will be capable of diagnosing complex issues across integrated SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and optimize SAP SD functionality.
- Manage SAP processes covering quotations, sales orders, pricing, availability, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credits, and customer-related transactions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Troubleshoot order-to-cash process failures and identify underlying configuration, master data, integration, or custom-code issues.
- Maintain pricing procedures, condition records, output determination, partner determination, copy controls, and related SD configuration.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and integration teams.
- Manage and troubleshoot interfaces involving IDocs, APIs, EDI, BAPIs, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, reports, forms, and custom functionality.
- Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root-cause analysis of recurring transaction and integration issues.
- Maintain detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process documentation.
- Recommend opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Strong understanding of the complete order-to-cash lifecycle.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns, and customer master processes.
- Understanding of integration between SD and FI/CO, MM, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.
- Experience troubleshooting interfaces, IDocs, EDI transactions, and integration failures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Sales experience.
- SAP SD certification.
- Experience with Fiori.
- Experience with third-party logistics, e-commerce, EDI, or retail integrations.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement frameworks.
