We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and exceptional sales skills to effectively demonstrate and promote our products/services. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, provide technical support, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of our products/services and their applications to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities by providing technical presentations, product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries from customers.
- Proposal Development: Develop and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and quotes that align with customer requirements and showcase the value of our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements and sales strategies.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to the sales team and customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with product implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good Knowledge of tender bidding.
