We are looking for as Med Level serviceNow Developer in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and solutions based on business requirements.

Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.

Implement and manage modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge), CMDB, Service Catalog, and others.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
-
Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Ensure ServiceNow best practices and coding standards are followed.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Support system upgrades, patching, and overall platform health.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, project managers, and business analysts.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
-
Experience in scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and AngularJS.
-
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
-
Experience working with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
-
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
-
Experience in ServiceNow GRC, HRSD, or CSM modules is a plus
