Senior Service Manager – Textile Machines

We are looking for a Senior Service Manager In Lahore.

Job description:

The Service Manager will oversee after-sales service operations of all textile machines like air compressors, jacquards, weaving frames etc. ensuring efficient machine performance, timely resolution of service issues, and effective coordination with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all after-sales service activities
  • Supervise installations, commissioning, and fault resolution
  • Handle customer complaints and contractor matters
  • Monitor workshop operations and material utilization
  • Lead and develop service teams
  • Support solution design, proposals, and project management

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and presentations

Qualification: Bachelors or Master  (Electrical)
