HR Generalist ( Female )

We are looking for a Female HR Generalist in Lahore. This is second shift job as per Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Coordinate and support the hiring process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

    • Prepare and manage new hire documentation and orientation programs.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

    • Assist in resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Performance Management:

    • Support the annual performance review cycle.

    • Assist managers in handling employee evaluations, goals, and development plans.

  • HR Policies & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.

    • Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies.

  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and retirement plans.

    • Handle benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • HRIS & Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

    • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.

  • Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
