Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in Lahore and Karachi to lead and support all aspects of Human Resources for our semiconductor manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to manufacturing and corporate leadership.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, maintenance, and corporate positions.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with department managers on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs.
  • Manage annual performance review processes and employee development programs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee training and development programs, including leadership development.
  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
  • Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to promote a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Analyze HR metrics, turnover trends, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage HR policies, employee handbook updates, and internal communications.
  • Support audits related to ISO, customer compliance, and regulatory requirements.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in an HR leadership or management role.
    • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech organizations.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
    • Experience with talent acquisition and workforce planning.
    • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations and performance management.
