We are looking for a SAP Business One (B1) Techno-Functional Consultant in Lahore. A candidate should have hand’s on experience with Integration, Mobile Application, Digital Text, Electronic File Management.
Responsibilities:
• Working in SAP B1 with a add on WR1 (Waste & Recycling One)
• Configure and or customize SAP and WR1, including infrastructure, SQL, Crystal,
Spindle and AWS Activities
• Deliver all the necessary consulting services for ERP projects.
• Perform system/software upgrades for clients.
• Assisting in project consulting activities
• Providing training and support as required
• Handle technical support issues raised through a Jira helpdesk system within the set
timeline
• Write operational documentation and provide subsequent support and training to users.
• Support and hand-hold the clients for software changes and new functionalities.
• Develop, implement, and document test plans for system testing.
• Undertake the testing of the software for errors, identify the source of problems, and
proposes solutions.
• Make internal recommendations concerning software/system quality.
• Deal with and report on breaches in functionality and get fixes.
• Create Release guides and functional documents with every new release of the ISB
software version.
• Assistance in presale activities with prospective customers
• Assisting with customer support and account management
Skills/Experience Requirements:
• Knowledge of SAP B1
• Experience in SAP B1 Implementation
• Confident in writing SQL Queries
• Experience of Crystal reports
• Basic understanding of AWS services
• Experience in writing functional requirements/designs
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to demonstrate excellent business English skills both verbally and written
• Be able to work independently
• Ability to manage and prioritize task efficiently

Education:
• SAP Certification
Nice to Have:
• Experience of using Jira
