We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI models, as well as strong programming and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize AI and ML models for production-grade systems.

Build, train, and deploy deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs).

Implement Generative AI models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks).

Work with large-scale datasets for model training, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate AI models into scalable applications.

Research and experiment with new algorithms, AI architectures, and optimization techniques.

Develop and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for continuous training and deployment.

Ensure AI model fairness, interpretability, and compliance with ethical standards.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in senior or lead roles.

Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.

Strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and optimization algorithms.
