We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer in Islamabad for one of our clients’ engagements.
- Job Type: Full Time ( on- Site )
- Job Timing : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM ( Evening Shift )
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
● Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
● Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
● Implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.
● Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose new tools or frameworks to improve efficiency.
● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
● Deep understanding of React.js (functional components, hooks, Redux, etc.).
● Solid back-end development using Node.js and Express.js.
● Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM.
● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows.
● Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
● Good understanding of secure and scalable coding practices.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Experience with modern tools like Docker, Postman, Jira, or Firebase is a plus.
● Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
● Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
● Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments.
