Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter in Islamabad to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in technical hiring, particularly within software houses or IT services companies. You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier tech talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Software Engineers, QA
Engineers, DevOps, Designers and more.
● Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team
dynamics and candidate profiles.
● Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent using platforms like
LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards and internal databases.
● Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
● Coordinate technical assessments and follow up with interview panels and candidates.
● Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced software house
environment.
● Strong understanding of software development roles, stacks (MERN, LAMP, Python,
etc.), and IT-related terminology.
● Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rozee, Jobee,
and ATS platforms.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
● High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.
