Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Deployment experience of IT Infra & Virtualization platforms.

Administration & configuration experience for different operating systems

Ability to troubleshoot issues in enterprise environments.

Knowledge of network protocols and working in corporate environment.

Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix issues.

Document issues/problems, and implement preventive measures.

Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Capable of collaborating effectively within a team, adaptable to swiftly changing objectives and challenges.
Experience

2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & virtualization platforms – VMware & Hyper-V
Qualification

BS or Equivalent degree in Computer Science & Computer Engineering.
