We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing for one of our client engagements in Lahore.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical Engineering, with added value from an MBA in Marketing, and a proven track record in ESS design and sales.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales activities for Energy Storage Solutions (ESS).
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with the design and engineering team to develop customized ESS proposals for clients.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales & service team.
Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics to senior management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments in ESS.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in ESS.
Proven experience in designing and selling ESS solutions for C&I and consumer sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
