Head of Sales

We are seeking an experience and dynamic  Head of sales / GM Sales in Lahore, a key role responsible for driving sales and managing project related to Electric Vehicles and it charger, Solar inverter with batter backups, Solar Energy Storage system, and Electric Bikes. The Ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, and experience in leading a brand in the electronic and energy sectors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage sales initiatives for Lithium Solar Batteries, Home and Commercial Energy storage systems and EV ( Bikes ),EV Chargers.
  2. Develop and Implement sales strategies to promote and grow the brand in the market.
  3. Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, operations, and R&D to drive business growth.
  4. Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Manage a team, providing mentors and guidance to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
  7. Drive product innovation, ensuring products meet market demand and quality standards.

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Education: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Marketing
