We are looking for Senior Software Support Engineer in Karachi with 8 – 10 years of experience.

Job Details:
- Architect and deploy VDI environments to meet customer needs.
- Provide expert level support for virtualization and VDI related issues.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentations for virtualization and VDI implementations.
- Lead the design and implementation of virtualization solutions, including VMware, Hyper V, and Citrix.
Preferred Skills
- In depth knowledge of virtualization technologies , such as VMware, Hper-V or Citrix.
- Experience of VDI solutions like VMware Horizon or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Certification suchs as VM ware
- Certified professional VCP or Citrix Certified associate.
Experience:
- 8 -10 Years as virtualization Engineer or In a similar role.
- Candidate should has working experience at the vendor side. Such as
- Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, or Hewlett-Packard (HP) for hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Oracle or SAP for enterprise software solutions.
- AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for cloud services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science / Information Technology or relevant field.
